“She showed a lot of tenacity and fight,” said trainer Philip D’Amato who saddled Street Fancy for victory in the $300,000 Grade I Starlet Stakes. “She’s a big, giant filly…I was hoping today was the day she was going to show that she wanted it, and it was,” D’Amato said.
